Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Vibe Space. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vibe Space application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Terms
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.
3. Payment Terms
Vibe Space offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are stated in Euros and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Payment is processed through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Vibe Space and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
